Cancellation policy
One-Time Purchases Most items in our store are available as a standard one-time purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our returns policy for information on refunds.
Subscriptions We offer subscriptions on select products, allowing you to receive regular deliveries of your favourite Nova Coffee products without having to reorder each time. Subscribers save 5–10% depending on the delivery frequency selected — the more frequently you order, the more you save.
Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order. Links to manage your subscription can be found in your order confirmation email, or by logging into your account. There are no cancellation fees.
If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you're welcome to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
